Hamza serves as a Senior Product Specialist where he provides guidance to help customers maximize impact from Unity’s Customer Success offerings. Hamza collaborates closely with Unity’s sales, consulting, training teams to drive adoption, enablement, and integration of Unity into real-world workflows, across both gaming and industries such as manufacturing, automotive, and education.

Hamza Ayaz also leads Skills Development Programs at Unity across the Asia-Pacific region, partnering with governments, enterprises, and academic institutions to build capabilities and talent pipelines in gaming, simulation, and immersive technologies.

With a strong background in XR training solutions, technical consulting, and global program execution, Hamza bridges the gap between product success and workforce development to deliver impact at scale. Based in Tokyo and with a deep love for RPGs, shooters, and indie games, he’s always inspired by how regional developers push boundaries in design, narrative, and player experience.
